Quarry Reclamation

Our fleet of drill seeders, hydromulchers, and straw blowers, offers large production models as well as smaller more nimble mid-range production machines to meet your site’s requirements.

Crimping

We will comply with your approved SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) and/or erosion control plan or, when appropriate, make our own recommendations based on our experience.

Whenever possible we offer suggestions and the flexibility that allows our clients to keep working as long as possible into the changing seasons.

Presidio Parkway (Doyle Drive Replacement) Native Plant Salvage & Erosion Control

San Francisco, CA

The Doyle Drive replacement project is designed to improve the seismic, structural and traffic safety of this roadway. Construction began in December 2009 and is expected to be completed in 2011.  Hanford ARC contracted with Caltrans in July 2009 to begin preparation and provide ongoing support for several aspects of this project. Battery Spencer Erosion Repair

Golden Gate National Recreational Area, CA

Drainage from the Battery Spencer historic site had created several large gullies from an overlook down a cliff, with the Golden Gate below. This project involved a soil bioengineering repair to rebuild the slope in the gullies and stabilize highly erosive conditions. Lagoon Valley Watershed Stabilization

Vacaville, CA

Hanford ARC contracted with the City of Vacaville for repair and stabilization of the Lagoon Valley Watershed designed by LSA Associates. The work addressed substantial erosion on four ephemeral stream reaches which were contributing sediment to Lagoon Valley Lake. LSA included a number of experimental stream bioengineering techniques to address specific erosion sites, as well as entire channel reaches. More...
