From athletic complexes to sensitive natural habitats, Hanford ARC has the experience and resources to construct all types of parks. We have a twenty-year record of successful projects and satisfied customers including municipalities, counties, special districts, and state and federal agencies.

Beginning with site preparation and grading, through the installation of utilities and paving, and on to the finer points of soil preparation, planting and turf grass establishment, our background in landscaping and general engineering allows us to manage and construct our projects with the greatest care and quality.

We always look for ways to improve the projects and save money where possible by offering suggestions based on our experience, while keeping the intent and interests of the client and designer in mind.

Our crews install athletic fields and sports complexes and make renovations and upgrades to existing facilities. Our experience also includes the completion of several community parks with play structures, site furnishings, lighting, fencing and special paving.

Hanford ARC has the capacity, skill, resources and experience to complete athletic field and park projects successfully from the initial ground breaking through final acceptance of the landscape maintenance period. This start to finish approach gives our clients the assurance and peace of mind that all aspects of the project are being managed properly.

Memorial Park

Albany, CA

Hanford ARC contracted with the City of Albany to complete the restoration of two city parks- Ocean View and Memorial Parks. Memorial Park and Ballfield restoration centered mostly around the ballfield. The entire field was replaced with a sod outfield and new infield. Field amenities such as fencing, bleachers, drinking fountains, bullpen and batter cage were replaced. Hanford dismantled the historic fireplace and rebuilt it up to code utilizing the same rock. Ocean View Park
Albany, CA

Ocean View Park required installation of drainage and irrigation systems, as well as extensive planting of trees, sod and landscape plants. This park received a new infield and bleachers. We installed an ADA play structure, community gardens and additional amenities. More...

Redwood High School Softball Field Renovation
Larkspur, CA

As a part of a larger District-wide renovation project, Hanford ARC was contracted to restore the existing field to a useful asset for Redwood High School.
