Hanford ARC was awarded the Critical Dune Habitat Restoration project at Point Reyes National Seashore, through the RFP process in the winter of 2010/2011. The project is designed to restore approximately 76 acres of native dune habitat, primarily through removal of the invasive European beachgrass and iceplant. The project will benefit the federally endangered snowy plover and several species of federally protected dune plants.  More...

This state-owned water diversion infrastructure was severely damaged in the winter storms of 2005-2006. Working in a short time window, Hanford ARC completed this restoration project which had many challenges, including remote location, critical habitat, and drinking water iplications. More...

Russian River Stabilization at Geyersville Bridge

Geyersville, CA

Hanford ARC received an emergency request from Caltrans early in September to assist in the repair and stabilization of banks on the Russian River upstream of the Hwy 128 Geyserville Bridge.   Hanford ARC sub-contracted through Ghilotti Construction Company and mobilized on September 23rd . The project was completed just 20 days later. More...
