Dunphy Park Phase 2
The Sausalito Dunphy Park Phase 2 project involves construction along the southern portion of Dunphy Park and
the adjacent shoreline, including areas identified as designated environmentally sensitive site and remainders of a former landfill.
Phase 1 of the park was completed in 2017, and the park has since been in operation. Phase 2 will complete the remainder of the original master plan, including shoreline stabilization to reduce erosion, support ecological function, and create a living shoreline; site grading; installation of accessible pedestrian paths; landscaping with native and adaptive vegetation; irrigation; placement of benches and picnic tables; and utility coordination.
